Is pets allowed?
Our accommodation welcomes pets, providing a private fenced off backyard for the cottage and a spacious yard for the main house where both people ad pets can unwind. Conveniently situated next to the hiking trail, guests can easily enjoy outdoor walks with their furry friends.
Do we need to bring anything?
Our units are fully equipped and sel-catering, offering true "home away from home" experience. Feel free to bring your favourite home-cooked meals or explore the culinary delights of Clarens. We provide towels, soaps, heaters, linens, blankets, cutlery, bbq facilities, and more for your convenience.
How does check-in work and do we need to check in at a certain time?
All our units offer self-check in convenience. prior to arrival, we'll provide detailed instructions on accessing the main gate. Inside, you'll find keys to your unit in the secure lockbox next to the door, accessible with the code we'll send you. We aim to ensure you feel at home right from the start of your stay, bypassing traditional counter check-ins for a seamless experience.
