How things work

Bedroom

Bed - The bedroom has a double bed with an electric blanket. Please keep in mind that Clarens still needs to reserve electricity where possible, please switch off the electric blankets as soon as you get up in the morning.
Hot Water bottle - Please don't use the hot water bottle in bed, if you spill any liquids, please switch off the electric blanket immediately.
Dressing Table - The dressing table has a hair dryer & make-up mirror that you can use.

Sleeper sofa - In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa, if you booked 3 guests, the third guest can use the sleeper sofa. Extra bedding will be in the closet next to the bathroom (Please inform us in advance)
Heater - A heater is located next to the sofa, feel free to use this when the temperatures get cold. Also please remember to switch off the heater when you leave.
Smart TV - The Tv will be connected to the wifi prior to arrival. Netflix is included in your stay, make yourself at home with a lovely movie. You are welcome to sign into any other personal streaming accounts and sign out on departure.
Extra Blankets - Next to the sofa in the basket you will find extra throw blankets.

Appliances - A kettle and toaster will be on the counter, the microwave is located on the fridge.
Fridge - inside the fridge you will find water & milk. Please use the fridge for food storage like you please. On departure please throw out anything that you don't want to take along.
Bin - the garbage bin is located beneath the sink and an extra large bin outside next to the steps.
Stove - the stove top is gas, turn and hold the knob until the flame stays on. The oven is electric and turn the knobs to your desired heat. Pots and pans are located in the cupboard opposite the oven.
Cutlery - Inside the cupboards you will find all the basics, if you need anything extra, please let us know.
Please turn off all appliances when you depart.
Amenities - Please feel free to use the supplied coffee, tea, sugar & milk.

Fire pit - On the left side of the patio a fire pit. Please enjoy the view and ambience. In the kitchen you will also find bbq skewers for making s'mores.
Braai - On the right side of the patio is a braaier, if you need any wood you can find this at most of the local stores. Braai tongs & casserole is provided in the kitchen in the cupboard opposite the stove.
Blankets - Please feel free to use any of the blankets provided in the basket next to the TV.

Pets - Our accommodation is pet friendly, just a reminder to take your doggy to the loo outside.
Pet bowls - In the cupboard beneath the sink you will find two doggy food bowls.
If your fur buddy is a bit of a chewer, please leave the accommodation in one piece for the next guests, thank you.
